When can I start classes?
After your menarche (first period) up until your last at menopause. Post-menopausal women are also welcome to attend and many find that the classes bring a dignity to their inner knowing and deepened relationship to the moon and earth cycles.
Do i have to have an issue with my cycle to attend?
Absolutely not, my classes are for all women who wish to restore the inner knowing that being a cyclical woman naturally brings. However if there are issues that you chose to come to work with they will be richly addressed.
